Called a month before my appointment for my Rear Diff Bushing kit installation. I got to speak with Mike (Owner) who was very knowledgeable and great to talk to. Gave me a great price and thorough explanations on recommendations. Made me feel very comfortable leaving my car with them. Ethan the mechanic who worked on my car was also great to talk to made this process so very easy. Will be taking my F80 M3 to them from here on out!!!

From the moment I pulled in, I had a good feeling about this place. I’ve owned European vehicles for over 23 years and have been to a lot of repair shops all around here and this is by far the best one I’ve ever experienced. The first thing I noticed was the presentation. Unlike a lot of European shops that look like a graveyard full of customer cars waiting months to be repaired, this shop was exceptionally clean, organized, and professional. You could tell they take pride in their business.The atmosphere was also refreshing. There wasn’t any loud music blasting with obscene lyrics no weed smell. The lobby was spotless, welcoming, and comfortable. The owner Mr. Mike ,was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain what was wrong with my car and why it happened. He even showed me videos and used a small model car to help me understand the issue. That level of customer service is hard to find these days.He was mentioned to me that he tried other things on my car that i did not even ask nor did I get charged for because he wanted it to work . Another thing that impressed me the most was that I arrived close to closing time. Not once did

If I could give 6 stars I would. I am highly impressed with the amount of professionalism, honest and fair pricing. A lot of shops try to price gouge you just because you need repairs on a Porsche, the price was extremely fair and well below other competitors prices and the work is top notch. If you need service performed on a you car, this is the place!

I can not say enough about Mechanic Mike at Triangle European. His service was excellent. He supported me through a very trying time with my car warranty provider, spending more than six hours on the phone advocating on my behalf. He was very knowledgeable around what repairs needed to be made and because of that he was able to advocate on my behalf and did not take no for an answer! Once he won the battle with the warranty company he repaired the vehicle in a very timely manner. Mike is patient. He is an expert in his field. Very professional. I only trust my Range Rover I’m his care.

I had a fantastic experience with Triangle European in Raleigh. After struggling to get into the Porsche dealerships—one never called me back and the other was booked out three weeks—I wasn’t sure where to turn for help with my Cayenne Turbo’s suspension issues and dash warning lights.
